Work alongside our senior chefs preparing nigiri, sashimi and signature rolls. Some sushi or kitchen experience preferred; we'll help you grow. Must be able to get a California Food Handler card.

Lead the sushi bar: prepare our full menu to a high standard, keep fish quality and prep on point, and help train junior chefs. Professional sushi chef experience required.
$16.90–$22/hr plus tips
Set the tone on the floor: lead and support the server team, guide guests through sushi, sake and wine, and keep service smooth on busy nights. Fine dining or lead serving experience preferred.
